7A. Misuse of Discover the World Services:
Misuse of Discover New Zealand Services. Discover the World Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user, which is or appears to us to be in breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including the provision of false registration details or other misuse of Discover New Zealand Services. Any person who holds such a suspended or terminated account must not re-register for Discover New Zealand Services without our prior consent.

The content of statements posted by Tour Operators, advertisers, individuals, readers or enquirers must relate only to the subject matter of the correspondence, and not to any extraneous issue. For example, such statements must not be used as a means of communication with one or more other.

Each sale/purchase is conducted in a single currency (UK Sterling normally) and amounts due are payable in that currency. For your guidance, Discover the World Ltd. may provide conversions into other currencies based on the latest information available to it. While Discover the World Ltd. makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of these conversions, the actual cost to you in your own currency will vary according to the exchange rate applied by your bank or by the issuer of your credit or charge card. Discover the World Ltd. does not take responsibility for any variance between this cost and the quoted conversion figure.

8A. Ability to pay or supply:
Discover the World Ltd. does not authenticate the ability of enquirers to be in a position to pay quoted or levied charges between a general enquirer and advertiser/tour operator. If you wish to obtain greater assurance of this type, then you should take all sensible steps prior to proceeding with an order.
