Terms of Use

9A. Corrections:
Descriptions of goods and services included in Discover New Zealand directory and from enquirers are accurate to the best of Discover the World Ltd.'s knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them and we shall notify you of any corrections where possible. If we do have to correct a listing or enquiry, any purchaser may withdraw a request for further information placed before the correction was made.

10A. Prohibitions:
You are responsible for ensuring that neither the sale, nor promotion of goods or services themselves, the listing provided for them, nor any activity or you make in connection with any party connected with the site (a) be capable of infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (b) breach any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise, or (c) be offensive, obscene, pornographic, insulting, false, unreliable or misleading.

11A. Consequential loss.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of, Discover the World Ltd.

Discover the World Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.

12A. Changes to this Agreement:
Discover the World Ltd. reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the Discover New Zealand Services. The new version will take immediate effect, and will govern all services as well as other activity on or through the Discover New Zealand site with immediate effect. If you do not wish to be governed by the new version of the Agreement, you may notify us, and from the date when the new version takes effect you must cease to participate in or use the Discover New Zealand Services.
