Rotorua-Wellington
See Wairakei Geothermal Power Station and visit Huka Falls enroute to Lake
Taupo. Travel south through the Tongariro National Park. Upon arrival
in Wellington, join a guided tour of Te Papa National Museum. Overnight
at the Mercure Wellington. |
| Day 9: |
Wellington-Picton-Christchurch
Join the ferry and cruise through Marlborough and Queen Charlotte
Sounds to Picton on the South Island. Rejoin your coach and
travel down the scenic east coast stopping at the Kaikoura
seal colony before reaching Christchurch for an overnight
at the Grand Chancellor Hotel. |
