Day 12: Queenstown
Enjoy a day at leisure.
Day 13: Queenstown-Milford Sound-Te Anau
Travel to Te Anau, gateway to Fiordland National Park. Join an unforgettable cruise of Milford Sound, the most accessible of Fiordland’s magnificent glacier carved fjords, including the famous Mitre Peak. Rejoin the coach and travel to Te Anau for an overnight stay at the charming Village Inn.

Overnight Cruise Upgrade: opportunity to overnight on Milford Sound at additional cost. Must be pre-booked.
Day 14: Te Anau-Dunedin
Travel across Lake Te Anau to Te Anau Caves, where you will glide by small boat through the silent darkness of the Glow Worm Grotto. Rejoin the coach and journey to Dunedin for an overnight stay at the Southern Cross Hotel.

Homestay Option: opportunity to experience the warmth of the local people during an overnight 'homestay' at no extra cost. Must be pre-booked.
Day 15: Dunedin-Twizel
Enjoy a city tour of Dunedin before heading north to Twizel via the well-known Moeraki Boulders. Overnight at the MacKenzie Country Inn.
Day 15: Twizel-Mt Cook-Christchurch
Travel to the beautiful Mt Cook National Park then continue over tussock plains to breathtaking Lake Tekapo. Visit the Church of the Good Shepherd ideally situated on the lake’s edge. Arrive in Christchurch where the tour ends.

Optional Farewell Dinner: celebrate the end of the tour with drinks and canapes served aboard Christchurch's historic tram then dinner at the boutique 'Six Chairs Missing'.
