tour takes you into the epic world of Middle Earth.
Pass by Wellington's grandest theatre which was the venue for
the world premiere of the release of The Return of the King in December
2003. Visit various Lord of the Rings film sites
including where the Hobbits hid from the Ring Wraiths, Rivendell where
the room and the bed for Frodo's recovery from the sword attack by the Ring Wraiths was staged, along with many others. Highlights also include the Rimutaka and Tararua Ranges, Featherston, a top vineyard for wine tasting at Martinborough,
the sleepy village of Ngawi and the wild south coast and seal colony
at Palliser Bay. |
